Well done Brendan on becoming *Star Baker* of The Great British Bake Off (Series 3, Episode 6).
Sticky Toffee Pudding is my personal favourite pudding of all time. It has everything you could possibly want; sponge, toffee, hot, sticky (I suppose the name says it all really).

I think the entire nation were very impressed with your pastry stretching for the Strudel.

The final result: Brendan's Spinach, Cheese and Walnut Strudel |

Great flaky pastry filled with spinach, courgette, three different herbs, two soft cheeses and feta crumbled over the top |
Favourite moment of this episode was when the SilverBack himself (Paul Hollywood), decided to give a lesson in the 'Kneading' of the Strudel dough. Classic!
We all hope John's finger is better after it met with the Magimix, but I suppose the silver lining was that due to his absence no one was eliminated this week.
