Brendan of Great British Bake Off - Series 3, Episode 6

Well done Brendan on becoming *Star Baker* of The Great British Bake Off (Series 3, Episode 6).
Sticky Toffee Pudding is my personal favourite pudding of all time.  It has everything you could possibly want; sponge, toffee, hot, sticky (I suppose the name says it all really).

I think the entire nation were very impressed with your pastry stretching for the Strudel.

The final result: Brendan's Spinach, Cheese and Walnut Strudel

Great flaky pastry filled with spinach, courgette, three different herbs, two soft cheeses and feta crumbled over the top

Favourite moment of this episode was when the SilverBack himself (Paul Hollywood), decided to give a lesson in the 'Kneading' of the Strudel dough. Classic!

We all hope John's finger is better after it met with the Magimix, but I suppose the silver lining was that due to his absence no one was eliminated this week.
